How We Process Orders
All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp within 2–4 hours of placing an order. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays
- Custom or altered orders may require 2–3 additional days
How We Pack Your Order
Every order from Siragugal Vesture is carefully packed in our signature gift packaging — perfect for gifting too! Festive wear and delicate fabrics are wrapped in tissue and placed in a dust bag before boxing.

Our Transparent Shipping Charges
We believe in complete transparency. Shipping charges are calculated purely based on the weight of your package and the value of your order — exactly what the courier charges us, passed on to you with zero hidden fees.
📦 No markup. No hidden charges. You pay exactly what the courier agent charges for your package — nothing more, nothing less. The final shipping amount will be shared with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
Factors that determine your shipping cost:
- Package weight — heavier items like lehengas or festive sets cost more to ship than lighter kurtas
- Delivery location — local delivery within Tamil Nadu is cheaper than shipping to other states
- Order value — couriers may apply insurance charges for higher value packages
- Delivery speed — express delivery costs more than standard delivery
🏪 Store Pickup is always free! Visit us at our store in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu and pick up your order at no extra charge.
